My moral purpose is to support educators and school leaders in the transformation of schooling
through the development of

                leadership practices at the systems level,

                differentiated learning, and

                pedagogical partnership between teachers and students

     by fostering high performance learning and teaching,

                building collective efficacy of teachers and school leaders, and  

                unleashing organisational innovation and effectiveness

     to ensure that our young people become

                successful learners,

                future leaders and entrepreneurs, and  

                holistic men and women of wisdom

     who not only contribute to, but also create

                the common good

                in today’s knowledge-centred, interconnected world.
